Each family will be provided with a school calendar. Chapel School will observe similar calendar holidays and vacation periods as the Nashua Public Schools, with the exception of Good Friday closure and Election Day in session. Chapel School classes generally start after Labor Day and conclude before Memorial Day.

It is Chapel School’s Policy not to make up class time lost due to weather. 

• Chapel School usually cancels school when the Nashua Public Schools are canceled. 
   
• Chapel School Morning Classes for Two, Three or Four Year Olds are usually canceled if Nashua Public Schools have a 90-minute delayed opening. Afternoon classes are generally held on a 90 minute delay schedule. Early Release days in Nashua do not affect Chapel School. We have had some circumstances where our ability to have or not have school is different than the public school.

Cancelations and/or delays: School cancelations are sent out to families via email and an alert will be posted on our website. If you do not have an email account, please call the school (882-6142, ext 14) for updated closing information. Chapel School reserves the right to cancel classes as deemed necessary to maintain the safety our students. This may be without regard of the Public School’s decision. We also recommend that you use your own judgment, taking into consideration your own road conditions to ensure safety.
