Tuition Payments

  • The May payment is to be paid in advance as a security deposit along with the non-refundable registration fee.  The remaining 8 payments are paid September through April. 

 

  • Tuition payments may be mailed to the Chapel School Registrar or left in the tuition payment mailbox in the church office. Statements for each month will be sent out to each family via email.  It is our policy that teachers do not accept tuition payments. Tuition may be paid in the form of cash or checks. Families that use an online banking service through their own bank may schedule payments to be sent directly to us.

 

  • All checks are to be made payable to CHAPEL SCHOOL. Tuition payments are due on or before the FIRST (1st day) of each month. A late fee of $30 will be charged to tuition payments not received by the FIFTH (5th day) of the month. We greatly appreciate prompt payments.

 

  • Every effort will be made to work with those experiencing financial difficulty. Please contact the Director immediately to receive information about financial assistance available with the assurance that all information will remain confidential.

 

  • No refund will be given for withdrawal without sufficient written notice.
